How do I update my personal & billing information?

To update your personal and billing information, Login to your VIPTalk member section and:

1. Select Manage Account menu.
2. Click on Personal Info link.
3. Click on Edit Personal Information link on the right side of your Personal Information page.
4. Change your personal and billing information.
5. Click update to save your changes.

How do I change my credit card information?

To change your credit card information, Login to your VIPTalk member section and:

1. Select Manage Account menu.
2. Click on Update Billing Info link.
3. Change your credit card information.
4. Click update to save your changes.

How do I change my PIN?

To change your PIN, Login to your VIPTalk member section and:

1. Select Manage Account menu.
2. Click on Change PIN link.
3. Change your PIN.
4. Click update to save your changes.

Where can I find an Access Number(s)?

To find local or toll free access number (s), Login to your VIPTalk member section and click on Access Numbers link.

How do I recharge (add credit) to my account?

To recharge your account, Login to your VIPTalk member section and:

• Select Balance & Recharge menu.
• Click on Recharge link.
• Balance & Recharge page will show your current balance with option to recharge your account.
• Click on Recharge button.
• Select the amount you want to charge to your account, or you can also select auto-recharging at that time.
• Click on Submit to recharge your account.

How can I view my payment history?

To view your payment history, Login into your VIPTalk member section:

1. Select Billing & Usage menu.
2. Click on Payment History link.

How can I view my call history?

To view your call history, Login into your VIPTalk member section:

1. Select Billing & Usage menu.
2. Click on View Usage link.
3. Choose date range to view your call history report.
