No, VIPTalk will not send you a paper invoice. You can view your payment history by logging in to your member section. |

When will my credit card charged? |
| |
VIPTalk calling card is prepaid card; you simply pay for the calling time in advance. Your credit card will be charge automatically only if you have enable Auto Recharge feature for your account.
You can enable Auto Recharge feature from your VIPTalk member section. |

What payment options are available? |

VIPTalk accepts payment through credit and debit card only. VIPTalk accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. |

How do I update my billing information? |

To update your personal and billing information, Login to your VIPTalk member section and:
1. Select Manage Account menu.
2. Click on Personal Info link.
3. Click on Edit Personal Information link on the right side of your Personal Information page.
4. Change your personal and billing information.
5. Click update to save your changes. |

How do I recharge (add credit) to my account? |

To recharge your account, Login to your VIPTalk member section and:
Select Balance & Recharge menu.
Click on Recharge link.
Balance & Recharge page will show your current balance with option to recharge your account.
Click on Recharge button.
Select the amount you want to charge to your account, or you can also select auto-recharging at that time
Click on Submit to recharge your account. |

For how long is my card valid? |
| |
The expiration period on our phone cards vary from 3 months since activation (first call) to unlimited expiration period(Permanent PIN) (at least one refill in 6 month required). Please view card's details for information regarding specific card. |

How can I check the minutes/balance on my card? |
| |
You'll be informed how many minutes you have after a destination number will be entered. With some cards you'll be notified about your balance after a PIN will be entered.
You can also check remaining balance in your account by logging in to your VIPTalk member section. |

Our phone cards are dollars/cents based. The minutes' amount depends on destination you call, because different countries have different rates. |
