What is PIN less dialing?

You can register up to five different phone numbers with VIPTalk. You may not need to dial PIN if you are making call from one of the registered number.

To use this feature caller ID number must be activated on your phone line.

Can I use PIN less dialing from an un-registered phone number?

No, you can not use PIN less dialing feature from an un-registered phone number. You must dial your 10 digit account number followed by 4 digit PIN number to make a call from an unregistered phone number.

Can I change my PIN?

Yes, you can always change your PIN. To change your PIN, Login to your VIPTalk member section and:

1. Select Manage Account menu.
2. Click on Change PIN link.
3. Change your PIN.
4. Click update to save your changes.

I have caller ID Block on my phone, can I still use the Pin less dialing feature?

No, caller ID must be activated on your phone line to use PIN less dialing feature.

Speed Dialing

What is Speed Dial Feature?

Speed Dial allows you to dial a phone number without the stress of remembering multiple digits. You can assign 1#, 2# etc to frequently dial phone number.

Speed Dial eliminates the need to look up frequently dial phone number.

How can I set up speed dial on my calling card?

To setup speed dial, login in to your VIPTalk member section and:

1. Select Easy Dial menu option.
2. Enter your contact phone number and assign short code (#1, #2 etc) to that number.

How can I make a call using speed dial feature?

To make a call using speed dial feature:

1. Dial VIPTalk local or toll free access number.
2. If you are making a call from unregistered phone number, dial your 10 digit account number followed by 4 digits PIN.
3. When prompted for the destination number, dial your speed dial number followed by #.

Auto Recharge

What is an Auto Recharge feature?

With Auto Recharge feature you can choose to automatically recharge your account with a pre-selected amount. Your account will be automatically recharged if your account balance reaches less than the pre-selected minimum balance.

How do I activate Auto Recharge feature?

To activate Auto Recharge feature, login in to your VIPTalk member section and:

1. Select Billing & Usage menu.
2. Click on Auto Recharge link.
3. Select minimum balance you want in your account.
4. Select recharge amount to add in your account if your account balance reaches less then the pre-selected minimum balance.
5. Click on submit to save your changes.

Can I deactivate Auto Recharge feature?

Yes, you can always choose to deactivate Auto Recharge feature. To deactivate login in to your VIPTalk member section and:

1. Select Billing & Usage menu.
2. Click on Auto Recharge link.
3. Click on Deactivate button to deactivate auto recharge feature on your calling card.
